Coaching Philosophy
Lance’s coaching philosophy is grounded in evidence, progression, and long-term development.
All programs are built on current research and tailored to the individual, with a strong emphasis on movement quality, appropriate loading, and athlete education. Short-term outcomes are never prioritised at the expense of long-term health, skill acquisition, or performance sustainability.
Athletes are coached to understand why they train the way they do, fostering ownership, resilience, and informed decision-making. The goal is not only to improve performance, but to develop capable, durable athletes who can progress confidently through each stage of their sporting journey.
